This page along with our Privacy Policy tells you the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products listed on our website www.livingnature.com.tr.  to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and make sure that you understand them before ordering any products from our site. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please note that if you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to order any products from our site.

 

Service Availability

Our site is only intended for use by people resident in the countries we deliver to. We do not accept orders from individuals outside those countries.

 

Your Status

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that: you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are purchasing the products outside the course of your normal business or trade and not for resale.

 

How The Contract Is Formed Between Us And You

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail order confirmation. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the order confirmation.

 

Shipping and Delivery

TURKEY

Once you have placed your order with us it will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 working days. We use National Postal Service (PTT). You will receive a notification email once the order is on its way to you. This email will contain a tracking number and a link to PTT’s website to tell you the current status of your delivery. Deliveries are made between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. Saturday delivery is not available.

Please Note: Deliveries to the small villages of Turkey may take an additional two working days.

You'll get free standard shipping on purchases for $ 100 . If the order amount is less than $ 40, our system will add your shipping cost $ 20 to your order depending on your shipment address.

Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for lost or missing international packages. All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, and packages returned rejected because of tariffs will not be refunded for shipping.

 

Europe

BY YB delivers to the USA and Australia.

Please note that some deliveries outside of the Turkey will be sent via an international postal service where parcel tracking is unavailable.

Please note that it may take 10-30 days for delivery depending on your location.

Changing or Cancelling Orders

To change our cancel your order before receipt of the order confirmation, please email us at info@livingnature.com.tr.

 

Returns and Exchanges

If you would like to return an item then please do so within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Goods should be returned with proof of purchase, making sure it's unused and good as new in its original packaging with all info tags still attached. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

 

Stock Availability

We do try to ensure that we have good stock availability of all products. However, some goods may sell faster than we predict. If the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will do our best to get it for you as quickly as possible. If we cannot get the item we will cancel your order immediately and let you know by email.

If we can get the item, but cannot deliver it to you within our delivery policy, we will email you with the option to cancel your order.

 

Conformity of the products

We warrant to you that any product purchased from us through our site will, on delivery, conform in all material respects with its description, be of satisfactory quality, and be reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied. Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products on this web site are correct.

All BY YB products are made by hand using natural and hand-made materials. Many of our products are unique and one of a kind.
